We use pop3 to import emails into OTRS from a mailbox on our exchange server, I've been Reading various pieces of documentation which all says that OTRS deletes messages from the mail-server once it has successfully imported the message
I logged into the mailbox itself today whilst troubleshooting another issue and found that this has not been happening and as a result the mailbox had thousands of old emails in it
OTRS is not duplicating the tickets so it looks like it knows what it already imported, just wondering if somethings changed and OTRS now doesn't delete emails once imported or if something funny is going on somewhere?
