in my organization, we are keen to see ticket closed % per responsible. when i create a new report with report type Ticketlist, i can't even select responsible and owner to be reported. all important fields can be selected, e.g. queue, created time, closed time, subject... it seems a little wired that i can't select these 2 very important fields.
any solution or workaround that i can refer to?
