Expand ticket view for customers

Hello,

I've been looking in the sysconfig and on the customer screen view, and the way otrs acts is:

after clicking on mytickets button, then clicking on any ticket, otrs juts displays the last article of the ticket. The user then needs to click on each line to see the previous articles of the ticket.

How can i change (or even better: let the customer choose) to just display all of it. ?
