Problems after harddisk full

Hi,

A few days ago the harddisk from the server got filled due to a nightly process. OTRS stopped working because it could not connect to MySQL anymore.
After creating space again OTRS seemed to work only now i keep getting these messages:
Duplicate entry '16226' for key 1, SQL: 'INSERT INTO ticket_history (name, history_type_id, ticket_id, article_id, queue_id, owner_id, priority_id, state_id, type_id, valid_id, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, current_timestamp, ?, current_timestamp, ?)'
And when i close a ticket the ticket is not reported in the dashboard graph as a closed ticket anymore. Also when i run a report to csv the closed tickets are not exported. I really hope this can be fixed because i use the minutes spent in OTRS to bill my clients...

you should repair all MySQL Tables
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
