Error ¨Not Found¨ into ticket´s data
Why, when I try to see a ticket (as an agent) I cannot see the data into the ticket? I have an error like
this error appears only into the window of the text, so I continue to see all the bottoms of the dashboard. is there a file that refers to /otrs/index.pl that can create that?

it seems as otrs cannot find the content of the tickets.

did you try to remove /otrs/from your url?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
