What is the solution for installing OTRS & WAMP in a machine

Hi,

I did go thru most of the threads. but i still cant find a better solution for installing OTRS & WAMP in my local PC.

Because i want to run PHP apps too

Is there any way to install OTRS without install Apache & mySQL standalone version??
I did install both in my machine, but after installed OTRS, WAMP mySQL is not working. But PHP is working fine (without mySQL connection).
