Can someone please share with me a working copy of config.pm for MS active directory.
stuck with this error

Not an OTRS issue.

This is specifically a credential issue with your search user. Search this forum for first bind failed.
No UserID found for 'donald@xxxx' is because he isn't in as a User (agent). He must be either manually added or in the OTRS_Agents group.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
