OTRS and cpu

Hi,

OTRS hangs sometimes and iis crash, and the cpu go to 100% load. Any ideas ?

windows 2008x64
iis
mysql

i get this error in event viewer
"A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '4492'. The process exit code was '0xf'."
