Submit button needs click twice

Hello,

I have OTRS 3.0.8 on ubuntu 10.4.Whenever Customer creates a new ticket,they have to click 'Submit' button twice. This behavior is present in Firefox 13.0 and above and IE 9.0 and Google chrome. This was not the case with IE 8.0, so I rolled back the IE 9.0 to IE 8 on my windows 7 machine and I did not had to click 'Submit' button twice. There are about 695 users and I can't reach every machine. Is there any solution for this?

It is an issue with the OTRS <= 3.0.9 You should update to at least 3.0.11 to get rid of this bug.
Of course I suggest to update to the latest stable version (although some efforts will have to be made to transfer all customizations to the dynamicfields)

Thank you very much for your response. Currently, I do not have any choice to upgrade the OTRS to 3.0.11. I will try to roll back their IE 9.0 to IE 8.0.

you always should run the latest patch level version of an OTRS release.

Tha pdate will be much less effort than rolling back the IE
