Right now the system log is showing that agents are getting notified, but no email is showing up in the agents email box? Is there a setting I'm missing or is this an email setting?
Agents have New ticket notification set to yes, I have selected the queue that I wish to receive notifications on.

spam filter? SMTP problems? Mailq? sendmail?
It might help if you gave us some information on how mail is supposed to be sent on your system... OS, MTA, etc.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Mail is sent via SMTP.
Customers will receive auto responses, but agents will not.
