Disable Escalation notification to end customers

Hello, is there a way to disable the escalation notifications to the end customer? Currently our agents get the notifications but the end customer get them as well. Thanks for any help offered.

Customer preferences?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Customers can not get escalaton notifications. So you are mixing up things.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Hello, you are right. I was testing and I had the same email for an agent and customer...my mistake. Thanks for pointing this out.
