CMDB Class

Hi Gentleman,
We already refer on the OTRS API and developer manual,

I've create a new class into CMDB otrs version ITSM 3.14..After i addded a record,we can search /found the record in the database and found it in "gi_webservice_config", "configitem_history" , and "configitem_version" table.

My Question is
is this records stored into "gi_webservice_config?Please advise me how we can do the integrate ? any web services ? API or XML?
Can you advise how we should allow 3rd party application to create /Modify any records into my new CMDB class automatically?

Please assist us

there are no webservices yet for CMDB

you can only import via CSV
