I would like to have a CC field in my customer page. Is it possible?
And what do i have to do?

Can you describe the problem more detailed? Which customer page? What should the CC field be used for? ...

He wants somehow to send the ticket request to both OTRS and (for instance), his supervisor.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
