I have Configured OTRS to have mutiple queues. Currently i have about 10 queues. And in the Customer portal, i have set certain fields as mandatory (Ex. Priority and Queue) When im trying to fetch mails It will throws the errors in the log. Ex. (No priority ID) and All emails got deleted and tickets are not getting created. I cannot keep an specific queue, it will be reset to some system disirable queue after i execute fetch mail.
Is this a bug? Or is it impossible in OTRS?
My version is 3.0.11

sound like misonfiguration (like changed priority names but not reflected in sysconfig)
