Ticket Number Problem
In our current installation of OTRS, tickets that were created through e-mail seem to use a different number generator from tickets made manually. To explain further, when I create a ticket through the "New Phone Ticket" option, the system generates a ticket number using AutoIncrement.pm. However, tickets that are automatically created through e-mail uses either Date.pm or DateChecksum.pm in generating ticket numbers. Any idea as to what might cause this problem? Thanks in advance to anyone who can give time into this.

thats not possible. Please check if there is a second system which fetches the mail and has different settings
