rpc.pl in OTRS3.1.7 not working

Hi,

i'm using OTRS3.1.7 on windows 2008-64bit,IIS7 version.

i'm getting below error:

The page cannot be displayed because the server requires a Content-Length header in the request[/b]

i tried changing soap/transport/http.pm

from sysread to read and other options with no success.

Appreciate any help on this.

What do you expect it to do? It's not explicitly a generator for a web page. It's for programming.
