Time Accounting Stats
I'm trying to report on monthly time accounted per queue by Agent. However, I seem to be getting different results if I use Time Accounted By Agent v's Agent/Owner for the X axis? Can anybody tell me why and how these two categories are different?

It's possible that the owner of the ticket *may* vary from a person adding a note/time onto a ticket he doesn't own.

Ok. This is sort of what I thought. So in order to capture all the time of the Agents, you need to select both in your report?
