Sends new ticket notification emails to agents
I create two agents a few days ago and gave them the exact permissions and groups that I put on myself. When a new ticket is created I don't receive an email, which is what we want. But when a new ticket is created it automatically send these two new agents a notification email saying that there is a new ticket. Also...under the Agent. I had Send new ticket notifications marked as "Yes" for both the two that are getting the emails and for myself. Which doesn't make sense. But if I turn that off then it looks like they don't get the email but then why wasn't I getting the emails if mine was marked "Yes" also? Any idea why this would be happening? Thanks

It happens.jschlueter wrote:But when a new ticket is created it automatically send these two new agents a notification email saying that there is a new ticket.
Why not? Default says don't send to yourself tickets that you create. "Why would I want a notification of something I know about?"jschlueter wrote:under the Agent.
