I installed OTRS 2.3.3 on a virtual machine and for the last two years all worked well with no real issues. Today due to a DC problem etc the machine rebooted. After the reboot all the Queues under My Queues for all the users are missing. The tickets are there and they are being populated to the the Customs queues as I see them when I use the search facility. They do however not get displayed for any of the admins or agents under my queues for some reason. I tried the usual things like redoing the Agent Preferences, changing the user permissions and following the forums but I can get no joy. Can anyone assist please?

The only way they're not going to show up is if you don't have permission and/or they're not selected/highlighted in your "My Queues" ... now I've not used 2.3 ... ever, so this may not apply to you.
There is very limited troubleshooting someone is going to be able to provide previous to 3.0 and even moreso previous to 2.4.
