Paste picture in article

Post by BrianYin »

we are facing a difficult problem: engineers and customers use different browsers, such as IE, Chrome, Firefox ..... Pasting pictures into article is not suitable for every browser, as far as i known IE can not do it. Unfortunately IE is the mostly used browser in our customers, so it's kind of impossible for them creating tickets from web fronted. If they using email, engineers will manually copy and paste the email to the ticket...i don't think it's a efficent way
what should i do to solve this problem? any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

The short answer is: Use Firefox. That's the only OTRS supported method at this time.

(I'm not an otrs dev, I just read the docs.)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
