Disable or hide criticality and impact in customer view

How do I hide the criticality and the impact of the ticket in the ticket zoom of the customer interface?
I was able to hide the priority via SysConfig but not these two info.

You might be able to replace them with an input type=hidden, but I question removing them if they're being used. Even if the choices are "wrong", it would be a good idea to get a an indication of how important this ticket is to the customer when she submits it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
