ITSM ConfigItem Numbering

Hi all, good morning..
I'm currently inserting/updating a CI value using Import Export function (using CSV file)
the problem is the CI numbering is not following the right order..

In my case, CI number starting from xxxxxx1 until xxxxx4..after that, its jump to xxxxx19..

any idea how this happen??
