Hello,
I apologize if this has been answered before; I've done a fair amount of googling to no avail.
I'm looking for a report that would be give a useful "solution time", namely the difference in minutes between creation time and closed time within working hours minus pending time, sorted by ticket over a given period. Other information such as owner, queue, priority, etc. would be required per ticket.
I've come close and can get an output of everything EXCEPT for a useful "solution time" from the Ticketlist object. From what I can gather I'm going to have to write my own SQL query with the necessary logic to compute the time, but I'm holding out hope that this has been thought of and solved before.
