My queue option is gone

Hi,

I've done some custom configuration lately and lost an option to configure "My queues", "NewTicketNotify", "FollowUpNotify" in Agent Preferences or admin/agents. Unforunatelly I cannot find it in sysconfig - could anybody help me?
