CMDB CI Types

I am using OTRS::ITSM 3.1.6.
In each Configuration Item (ie Computer, Hardware, Location, Network, Software) there is a Type with a dropdown menu of select items.
I would like to be able to modify list drop down list.
Like for Location the selections are; Building, Floor, IT Facility, Office, Other, Outlet, Rack, Room, Workplace. I would like to change Room to Classroom and add Computer Lab. I have similar changes I want to make in other lists.

Where do I make these changes. Are these values filled from a Database a file or are they coded into the scripts.
