[gelöst]Nutzen der IPhone App

Hallo Forum,
ich möchte die IPhone App nutzen und bekomme Folgende meldung beim Account hinzufügen:

Initializzation error
During initialization of the account the following error has occurred:
A server with the specified hostname could not be found.

Please check the account data and your internet cpnnection or contact your administrator for assistance.

Ich muss noch hinzufügen, dass ich das IPhone Packet installiert habe und bevor ich die App starte eine VPN Verbindung aufbaue.
Danach gebe ich die URL: http://otrs/otrs/json.pl
Meinen AD-Benutzer und das dazugehörige Passwort ein.

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich falsche mache?

du hast recht ich hab anstelle OTRS die IP eingegeben und jetzt funktioniert alles
