Sentence builder with OTRS?

Hi all,

does anyone use a sentence builder solution with OTRS? At the moment my agents are in love with ReplyButler and have been using it with Outlook for years. This the only thing that really holds us back making a full switch to OTRS.

Yes I know there are responses but they don't allow for mixed canned sentences.

As ReplyButler is tied to Outlook, at the moment a workaround for some agents is to build the answer in an Outlook email and then sent the mail to OTRS. But it would be great to work solely in OTRS and not need Outlook any more. Even an equivalent 3rd party tool that isn't tied to Outlook would suffice!

Any thoughts to share?
