Hello,
I want to change AgentTicketEmail.pm so that it doesn't send an email to the customer automatic. Sometimes we have tickets where we don't want te customer to be informed. If the customer wants an confirmation I have created an default answer which can be send to the customer manually.
Can you please help me?

AgentTicketEmail is an outbound Ticket, so it will always be sent to the customer.
Use AgentTicketPhone instead
