Dear team,
I have created a new ticket as a Customer in Junk. I didnt get any notification mail to my mail id (swathi_vinjam@mahindrasatyam.com)
I have logged into index.pl as a agent with admin credentials, and trying to giving a reply from my created ticket.
I am getting the below error:
