[SOLVED] Article Ignore System Sender not working

I changed Core::Ticket::NewArticleIgnoreSystemSender to Yes but system generated messages are still being displayed as articles.
This is clogging the view as there is an email which goes to the customer for each agent update.

it is working as designed. It is not showing the article as new.

You can use the article filter in the Ticket Zoom
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
