Dear team,
when we start the OTRS Service, getting the error saying "this application has failed to start because perl58.dll was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this problem".
We uninstall and installed many times, still we have the same issue. We are using OTRS 3.1 and apache 2.2
Please help us to solve this.
