Hallo zusammen,
wenn ich in Queue-Einstellungen eine Antwort-Vorlage erzeuge, möchte ich hinterher, wenn ich in einem Ticket mit dieser Volage antworte, dass nur dieser Text aus der generierten Antwort angezeigt wird, nicht aber noch die ursprüngliche Nachricht/Text aus dem Ticket.
Ist das möglich??
