Hi i have been using OTRS 3.1.6 for some few months now without any issues.
Today the system is giving me some weird responses. when i try and log in it bring me back to the login screen instead of entering the system.
If i put a wrong password it authenticates and tells me wrong password. Anyone help!!

What do the logs say? (linux: syslog. Windows: var/log/otrs.log)
What is your operating system?
Num Lock? Caps Lock?
Authentication method? (LDAP or DB?)
Did you try password reset?
