recently, seemed fine before, when OTRS users reply from a pre-defined mailbox in OTRS to recipients outside our domain, we always get such mail delivery failure as below.

so, your mailadmin should have a look on this (and guys, this is really no OTRS topic, next time please read error messages carefully and think before posting!)
