Hi,
Since upgraded from OTRS 3.1.4 to 3.1.11, we have encountered the problem where when the ticket priority or state is changed, the owner of the ticket automatically changes to the first person alphabetically. This is causing serious problems because tickets are accidentally getting reassigned to this one poor guy who is unlucky enough to have a name high enough in the alphabet, and he may not even have rights to the queue that the ticket is in.
Anybody know how to fix this?
