Dear Colleagues,
I have installed a brand new OTRS v3.1.11 and I have to set it up to cover our company's requirements.
Is there any way to add task related fields into a ticket? For example, there is a ticket on my name and I would like to upload my tasks:
1.5hrs travelling, 2hrs onsite work, 1.5hrs phone converastion with the vendor, etc...
As far as I can see I can add Note fields only. I tried to solve our needs with Dynamic Field with no success.
How can I implement the mentioned fields into the tickets? I did not find any information about it.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
