Page being refresh when selecting dynamic dropdown field

Hello, What can i do to prevent the page being refresh whenever i make a selection on the dynamic dropdown field. Basically, i need this problem to be clear as my form contains 100 of fields. Whenever it refreshes, it brings me back to the top of the page.

ohh alright, because was just wondering why dropdown boxes like priority will not refresh the page, if that is the case then its ok.
