Signatures are per queue, not per agent, though this is not inherently too big of a deal because you can use variable placeholders and insure that the agent's information is populated consistently.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

I use this http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/dynamic ... ces-defaut
to create a custom variable for agents.
But as in this example I get only one line input field.
How can I create multiline input field ?
