We have been using OTRS 2.4.7 version from long back and till now we have not notice to the reply to ticket format. Generally when we reply to any ticket it shows under the body of the message

I have checked in sysconfig Frontend:Ticket:Agent:Viewcompose option but after doing some changes it came but for some action of the ticket its not taking properly see the attachment for forwarded reply template. How do we changes even to reply to ticket template.
