How enable chat in OTRS

Can anyone tell me if this action is valid? And if so what would be the steps to follow and enable a chat. This is very important I hope someone can help. thanks

there is no chat module for OTRS. You can search forums to find a way to have a chat in an iframe dashlet (PHP based chat)
