Overview needed: tickets in process per agent

Dear OTRS-experts,

after having done a lot of research on my own, I finally have to contact you to find a solution to the following problem: Is there any possibility to see which agent is working on which ticket(s) at a certain time? Of course the optimal solution would be to click on a single agent directly in order to see the details. Second best would be to have some kind of spreadsheet showing the number of tickets which are allocated to the respective agents. This would at least allow me to estimate the workload of every single agent. It would be much appreciated if you could give me any kind of feedback on this.

you should be able to search for open or new tickets (optionally, locked) and export that as a spreadsheet/csv
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
