How to Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.2.1 on WINDOWS? (Solved)

Hello guys,

I would appreciate that someone give me a step by step guidance on how to Upgrade OTRS from 3.1.11 to 3.2.1 on WINDOWS. The admin manual only says, on Windows it consists in uninstall, install and restore DB.

I followed the instructions in this Youtube video [http://youtu.be/sf0R-reMTWc] by Mr. Shawn Beasley (OTRS Upgrade 2.2 to 2.3 ) but I got difficulties getting the upgrade done.

When executing the DBUpdate-to-3.2.pl script I got this error


I see the same statement in the Default.pl file ==>


And then I don't see any script with name DBUpdate-to-X.X-post.mysql.sql ask this instructions mention.

I got the solution to this problem. In the config.pm I edit the route of the home directory changing:

PROGRA~1 with PROGRA~2 because I was installing on 64bit system.
