Issue on ticket creation

Hello all,

I have an issue when I make a fetch mail.
When I receive a mail on the associate mailbox, The mail is removed by OTRS but any ticket is created.

Someone could help me please ?

have a look in the logfiles
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Especially, did you rename the priorities?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

It's solved, I have changed the default priority name with a new one.
