Hi,
I want to send Auto Response to tickets which are moved from the default queue to a designated queue. The postmaster filters are already on. However, a few tickets sneak through these filters.
So, i want to send mails Auto Resonse) to all those tickets which are moved manually by the agent.

Not possible. Notification Event might help.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
