SMTP e-mail encoding ISO-8859-2 Poblem

Hi.

I have problem witch charset Agent Email Notifications.
When I receive e-mail from OTRS, body e-mail have correct charset iso-8859-2, but tile is wrong.

Test"phone ticket"
tile is ąśżźćółń
body is ąśżźćółń

received email client "Mozilla & Outlok

title is ?????ó?? -bad
body is ąśżźćółń

received e-mail source code

?ISO-8859-2?Q?=20?=?????=?ISO-8859-2?Q?=F3?=?? -bad
=B1=B6=BF=BC=E6=F3=B3=F1 - correct.



I think the problem is taht OTRS have problem with coding charset.
Where I can fix it, which perl module, anything ?

Hello.
I have got the same problem when I try to upgrade OTRS to v. 3.x.x.
The problem appears only with MS SQL DB.

Have you resolved it somehow?
