i am facing this exception repeatedly...

We are facing usually OTRS logout on ticket closed most of the time, invalid session...

Please help me in this regard, i am thankful to you...

You might also have crashed tables, but ...

Let's assume you have a user that has a login of 297. Yes or no?
If yes, then that user doesn't have ro permissions (at least) for whatever reason for ticketID x
If no, then something is pretending to have a userID of 297 (generic agent, other batch file) ... Considering this doesn't appear to be "on the hour" (or it might be), you may also be having some sort of RPC or soap or other APi interface (this is happening in the middle of the night?) trying to impersonate UserID 297.

Next:
No article found for ticketID x. Again, it appears either:
1) article table corrupt
2) api creating tickets but no articles

GetUserData ... likely related to the first, but hard to tell.

(How to fix?)
Depends what's wrong. You should look at api calls, scheduled or otherwise, to your box, check the ticket table vs article table. Potentially (and this is just an idea, with no warranty or merit) delete the tickets from ticket table where there's no article attached. (Before thinking about that, look at the entry for a title or something.)

Disclaimer: your data is your responsibility. Don't just go deleting data because you heard somebody on the Internet say, "delete this". Make good, multiple, verifiable, recoverable backups of your data. Test things before breaking them. Document your changes, etc.

Thanks for Your response, I identify some tickets which have no articles, instead of deleting them, if i insert data in article and ticket_history against these tickets, can this solve my problem ???
