I'm looking for a freetext field to give agents the possibilty to make a general comment in the ticket.
It should be a textbox at the right side of ticket (nearly the ticket-stat), so they can give a comment or to-do for the ticket.
The normal freetext fields are too short and don't have a return, to write in two, three or four lines.
The benefit will be if an agent gets ill or on holiday, an other agent can take over and gets a overview or to-do, without to read all notes and artikels.
