Hi Team,
Is there any possibility of achieving the below request.
Notifications should be sent on 50%, 75% and 90% completion of SLA to the respective person working on the ticket.
I have checked on both queue based and service based SLA but it is allowing me to do @ only once.
Is there any possibility in programming.
Any coding help will be appreciated.
