Hello,
I have updated the customerID under customer management in Admin>Customer Management>Customers.
However,in Queue view when I zoom a ticket the old CustomerID is shown.
I have update the CustomerID directly in the DB (table ticket), but the old CustomerID is still shown in the TicketInformation section when zooming ticket.
Can you help me to configure this field in ticketInformation?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
