I have created some Dynamic Fields. They are not showing up when I create new email or phone tickets.
When I go to Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail###DynamicField or Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###DynamicFieldand and click on the +, the system refreshes the screen but does not allow me to select any of my dynamic field. In other words, it does nothing when I click on "+"

it should reload and give you an empty line
